PAX Tools Self-Paced Training for Youth Workers provides youth-serving professionals with a collection of trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies they can integrate into their professional practice during normal interactions with young people. This training is provided in a self-paced, online format that can be taken over the course of two weeks.

PAX Heroes Training provides experienced PAX Teachers with strategies for students in PAX classrooms who continue to demonstrate behavioral difficulties. This training delivers explicit instruction in using the PAX Heroes Manual to identify areas of student difficulty and refine PAX Good Behavior Game implementation to support those needs.

This training provides instruction for internal and/or external professionals that will coach and support PAX GBG implementation in the school. Training provides supplemental resources and strategies for: building fidelity of implementation, gathering and analyzing data, troubleshooting, expanding implementation, and integrating PAX GBG with additional school-wide initiatives. You must first attend a PAX GBG training before attending PAX Partner training.

PAX Next Steps Trainings help teachers who have already been trained in the PAX Good Behavior Game further expand and integrate strategies. This training demonstrates how the nurturing environment created by PAX strategies also ensures a trauma-informed classroom and improves children’s social-emotional learning.
